Each client initiatives would receive the following services:

Creation

Creation of new community partnerships or improvement of existing collaborations.

Research and Development

Research and development of funding resources: governmental, foundations, corporations, and individuals.

Structural Updates

Structural updates of service instruction based on community needs and funders’ requirements.

Capacitation

Capacitation and professional development of service personnel.

Assessment

Assessment of administrative and operational services. This component will use qualitative approaches as interviews, observations and documents examination; quantitative methods such as surveys, comparative and experimental studies; and mixed method designs such as exploratory, complementary and triangulation studies.

Policy Advocacy

Policy advocacy and community empowerment – support to community leaders to persuade local agencies to implement their successful practices in their agenda and become community mentors to create new conscious entrepreneurs.
